Who we are

Averis Agency (ABN 84 551 712 996) is a partnership based in Adelaide, South Australia. It trades as Averis ("we", "us") and provides website design, hosting and paid advertising management. These terms apply to all our services.

Quotes and payment

A homepage mockup is $39 one-off. Websites (with hosting and care, or build only), paid ads and the Full Stack bundle each have a fixed price, which we give you in writing before any work starts and which is the price charged at checkout. Larger or custom work is quoted in writing before it starts.

One-off and setup fees are payable to begin work. Where there is a monthly fee, checkout charges the setup fee and the first month together, and every month after that is billed in advance. All prices are in Australian dollars. Averis Agency is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

Homepage mockups

The $39 homepage mockup is a design preview built with your business name, your colours and your content — it is not a working website. We deliver it within 2 business days of receiving your logo, photos and anything you want said. If you like it, the full site is a separate job we quote and agree separately. If you don't, that is where it ends and nothing further is owed.

The 7-day launch guarantee

Your website goes live within 7 days, counted from when we have your content (text, photos, logins) and your build payment. If you chose build only and host the site yourself, we never put it live — so for you the promise is that the finished files are handed over within those same 7 days, counted the same way.

If we miss it for reasons within our control, your first month of care is free — the website care fee, or the same amount out of the Full Stack monthly, which includes that care. If you chose build only and have no care plan, we take $100 off the build price instead. Both are already paid at checkout, so we pay the money back to the card you paid with and you do not have to ask for it. Delays caused by missing content, third parties (domain registrars, platforms) or requested scope changes pause the clock.

You own everything

Your domain, website, content and ad accounts are registered in your name and remain yours. If you leave, we hand everything over and will assist reasonably with the transition.

On full payment of the build fee, you own the completed website — the files, the design and the content. We will provide a complete copy on request at any time, whether or not we host the site, at no charge.

Cancellation

Monthly services are month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No exit fees.

Refunds

Before we start work, any one-off fee — the $39 mockup, the build fee or the ad setup fee — is refunded in full if you change your mind, or if we decide the job isn't one for us. Once we have started, one-off fees are not refundable, because the work is already done; you keep everything we have produced. If we are simply waiting on your content, nothing is lost — your fee stays with the job for 12 months and we pick it up whenever you are ready. Monthly fees already charged are not refunded; cancel with 30 days' notice and you are not billed again. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ad spend

Advertising budgets are set by you and paid by you directly to Meta. Our fee covers management only. Advertising results depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any content you supply (photos, text, logos) and that it's accurate. We may decline content that is unlawful or misleading.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim is limited to the total fees you paid us for the service concerned in the twelve months before the claim — and never less than the one-off fee you paid for that service, however long ago you paid it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
