Averis ("we", "us") is an Australian web design and advertising business based in Adelaide, South Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you contact us by email or phone, we collect what you give us: your name, contact details, and information about your business and project. Our website itself doesn't require accounts and doesn't ask you for personal information to browse.

How we use it

To reply to you, quote and deliver our services, invoice you, and keep in touch about work in progress. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Analytics and cookies

We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, rough location, device type. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.

Third parties

When we build and run services for you, your information may be processed by the platforms we work on — our hosting provider (Hostinger), Google and Meta — under their own privacy policies. We only share what's needed to deliver the work.

Storage and security

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Access and corrections
